Using Our Services

Linguise requires clients to provide a clear and written statement regarding the intended use of the document translation when using our services. In the absence of such a request, the translation will be solely for informational and comprehension purposes.

However, if the client formally requests in writing that the translation be considered the final document, it will not be subject to further editing by the client or any third party.

If the intended purpose of the translation is not disclosed by the client, Linguise will assume that it is solely for informational purposes.

Quotes

Linguise provides quotes that are subject to confirmation upon receipt of the client’s order. The quotes are dependent on the information provided by the client, including the description of the material and the intended purpose of the translation.

If the description of the material provided by the client is insufficient, Linguise reserves the right to modify quotes accordingly.

Payment

Linguise ensures the secure processing of all payments. Clients must ensure that the full payment amount is paid.

If the client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions and fails to make the necessary payment, Linguise reserves the right to suspend work on both current and future orders from the client.

Payments made through our website will be reflected on the client’s bank statement with the billing descriptor LINATRO, UK.

Refund Requests & Customer Cancellations

In the event that the customer decides to cancel any work commissioned by Linguise, they will be liable for all completed work up to the cancellation date, as well as any additional costs or expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Refunds will only be entertained in exceptional circumstances. If the completed work deviates significantly from the original order, the customer may request a refund within three days of receiving the work.

It is important to note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the customer’s bank account.
